Buddy Packs

I have been riding for about 20 years, not a newbie. However, I have a question. Has anyone purchased a buddy pack from a dealer? There is definately a catch but I can't find it. You know, the deals where you can purchase 2 sportbikes/ 2 helmets/ 2 jackets etc... I was just wondering if any of you guys have tried this or found anything out about it. It's definately tempting but I know that in the end, I would probably have to have some type of huge buyout within 2 years. Thanks in advance.

Hmmm, never even heard of such a package before! I like the idea of it though, and it'd be great for couples as well (I know we'll both be looking to get new bikes within the next year.... only problem is, I'm sure they won't be the same make! )

I've never heard of this type of thing. Interesting thought though.
