Portland, Oregon: The first MotoCzysz C1 factory race bikes will be unveiled to media and VIP guests at the Robb Report Concours d' Elegance at MotoGP, being held at the Portola Plaza Hotel in Monterey, CA. JK_DILLA 07-14-2006, 08:28 PM ive been keeping tabs on the motoczysz project since i read an interview in one of my wifes 'W' magazines. They were interviewing the Interior Designer Czysz and had a pic of him on an Aprilia RS250. A year later and i read about the initial prototype and now to this. Hes hired talent away from big names in the biz and surrounded with what it takes to develop quickly. I am impressed with the amount of (technical) information they actually release to the public. Especially for a company with GP racing goals. But i think it has endeared the company to many people. Seeing the development and seeing the improvements and seeing the forward thinking. Good luck to motoczysz!
psychochild28 07-14-2006, 08:29 PM how much?
JK_DILLA 07-14-2006, 08:38 PM $100,000 is what i read elsewhere.

Hell yeah.
What happens if this thing just dominates?? That'd be cool. So they're building a 990cc? And they're gonna build an 800cc for next year?
JK_DILLA 07-20-2006, 05:47 PM Im sure Czysz is on it. Hes got some awesome talent working for him. They can always race it in superbikes if they make enough street models. That will be cool. There is also talk of a 600cc in the works. But it wont be like the C1. It will be its own platform. but its rumor......... a fun one.
heres a ghosted picture of the C1. Because pictures are fun.

That's tight as fu*k. My buddy went to Laguna and has a video or a pic of it too. He's lazy and hasn't put it anywhere yet. Do they plan on racing this year? Why build a 990 when it's gonna be 800's next year?
Audiomechanic 07-31-2006, 07:02 PM Just reading about the motor design gives me tingles in all the right places!

i think theyre gunning for a late season wild card entry. If anything, when the 990 is illegal in GP, they can homologate a couple hundred and take it Superbike racing. That would be fun. But they are working on other displacements as we speak.

The Z-line 4 cyl just sounds cool. Supposed to be smooth as a babies behind too. Cant wait to see one/ hear one in person.
they have some vids on motoczysz.com (http://motoczysz.com) but ive been able to get to them only once.
