Hi all,
first, I'm a newbie :)... Here is my question, this is our second watertank that we had replaced on this bike... I already upgrade the relay from 210 to 180 and that doesn't help either. anyone here know a solution to this problem?

The problem is the heat of the summer. My buddy has an '02 I believe and he's on his 3rd one this summer. It's gotta be something to do with the plastic formula or something that makes it leak so much when it's hot outside.

Yeah, it's weird and Ducati isn't doing anything about it. 35 bucks a pop.

There's got to be a service bullitin on this...
ODI (http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/cars/problems/recalls/recallsearch.cfm)
I checked and didn't come up with anything.

Thanks all for your respond... I called one dealer in Las Vegas and one of their customer went thru his 8 tanks :(.... I'm in SoCal so it not that bad, i will try to avoid riding during traffic hour and limited to weekend ride only.... Thanks again

Yet another way Ducati service centers manage to bend their customers over. No, I'm not bitter after paying $1600 in service fees over the course of two monts to fix our 748.
But I did sell that bastard off :disapp:
