I don't live there...only visited and it was the greatest place on earth. I'd move there if it wasn't so ******* expensive in that town.

The subway is your friend!! Don't try driving through there. Not in the city anyway. The suburbs are better. Definately an awesome town. You would have to immediately be a Red Sox fan if you moved there. A big party town. lots and lots of colleges around there. Great scenery, a lot of history and you gotta love the east coast girls. Great concerts too. A great, great city!

I live about 30 minutes outside of boston feel free to ask away in this post or via PM. Boston had MANY different "areas" southie, downtown, chinatown, beacon hill, the fenway etc... then you have all the suburbs... My sister lives in sommerville which is still considered Boston and pays almost 3000 in rent for a two bedroom apt... I live about 30-45minutes away and you can get a 2 bedroom apt in a complex with a pool for 900-1200 a month.. plus out by me the schools are excellent... plus you can finally become a member of the best group of people in hte world........ A RED SOX FAN!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOX.......YANKEES SUCK!

I'm not looking to move INTO Boston but somewhere in the suburbs I just need a small apartment thats not crazy expensive. Any ideas on the area to look in? I am 45 min outside of boston just outside worcester.... look into worcester ma for appartments. check out www.craigslist.com and searh massachusettes and click on the worcester area... zip code 01603, 01604, 01605. Also look into towns like grafton, millbury, sutton, shrewsbury, westboro, northboro. Great area...
