Anybody use them, or know of anybody using them ? Have a better suggestion than these ? Thier new SLR design, for road bikes, is supposed to be top notch! Spider Grips (http://www.spidergrips.com/id3.html) http://www.spidergrips.com/sitebuildercontent/sitebuilderpictures/sl-r.gif ** the website is acting up right now for some reason so if this pic doesnt load up, sorry!! cool, inexpensive mod to do

I don't know about the spider grips but the progrip are pretty sweet. They are pretty comfortable. I have a friend that uses them and likes them. Go with them. You will like them. Let us know. :)

I got the progrips http://street-bikes.ridegear.com/store/graphics/progriproad724.jpg for mine. There was a gash in the right grip so I had to replace them. I got the ones with the red undertones to match the bike! I don't have much to compare them to, but I like 'em a lot. I had to use an air compressor to get the darn things on, but after messing around a bit we figured it out.

This is the exact reason I don't tell my wife when I order things. order the stuff, put it on and when questioned act like it's been there for years :D Seeing how my women has access to my acct and pulls almost all of my check out 10 mins after I get paid, its a little hard to buy it and say its been there. Trying to buy something new for the bike is almost like pulling teeth. Well, she did say it was ok for me to get the power commander I want to get. That was nice of her. :) By the way rockadaous....the women would like to know if you can change your avator since it causes her to not pay attention when all she is doing is watching shake her little a$$.

The blue and yellow scheme is sweet :dthumb: What exactly is that that you are doing? All aesthetic or is there some performance upgrades as well? I thought about getting the YZF grips for my R6 as they look sweet but I just never did. Now I might over the Winter. I am now considering these options: 1. Liquid Silver or 2. 2001 Champion Edition 3. Similar scheme to this green R1. Any thoughts?

Dude, Im all over that green..that is schweeeet!!!! im trying to combine the easy/inexpensive mods to improve the appearance, like the mesh, grips, windscreen, clear signals, pegs, decals, etc....but also lookin at the exhaust over the winter.

I've always wanted a green vehicle. When I saw this one http://www.rideteamtriumph.com/images/04ST_grn.jpg I had to really evaluate what kind of bike I wanted. One of these days I will own a green something.
