Are you claiming it on insurance? Why not just let the dealership take care of it?

very very long story but in short insurance doesnt want to cover it. no cops showed up no evidence of what happened. i say the broad ran the light at a red, she says i pulled in front of her. so basically it suks. bike was a day old too.

If it was a day old....you should have full coverage....So they should cover it no matter whose fault it was

Exactly... cover it regardless... the only thing the blame does is maybe wave your deduct!

that is true. i have to look into it. my dad is the one that ususally deals with this stuff. problem is we usually dont buy collision on bikes cuz (in ducatis case) the deductable is huge, and in the xx case ide rather my insurance not know about the mods cuz then the liability would go up too. where are you guys from btw...... cuz im in ontario canada and here we have no fault which is a totally differend ball game then elsewhere.
edit..... i dunno how old you guys think i am but if you think im like 30 your very wrong. i just turned 19. so as you can imagine insurance is somthing else for me.

Minnesota is also a no fault...it was sold bythe legislature a a cost saving measure (it saved the insurance companies money for investigation and litigation, and cost the consumer)..what a sad barrel of crap.
