Amazingly enough, some people get pissed when you do it... I have gotten to the point of asking, "dude I gotta wizz, can I go outside?" Some people want to argue, "why don't you just use the toilet?" Others are like, "umm... yeah... I guess..."

My buddy did a project for school where he had to break a social norm... He decided to try to shake hands with guys at the urinal... He started random conversations, then using the hand he was just dangling his wanker with, he tried to shake hands with them... Of course, most people wouldn't talk and NOBODY shook his hand... Not entirely surprising...
