Here's another street stunter that sux. http://www.local6.com/2006/1013/10069235_240X180.jpg A firefighter who police said was performing stunts on his motorcycle on an Orlando road was critically injured when he crashed the vehicle, according to a Local 6 News report. Police said the man was popping wheelies and doing other tricks on Orange Blossom Trail near Colonial Drive at about 1 a.m. Friday when he lost control of his bike. Officers said the man's girlfriend was in the car behind him and watched the crash happen. The firefighter's name was not released. http://www.local6.com/news/10068517/detail.html I bet his girlfriend hid the camera. -a|ex happy friday the 13th to him... ":^P

When we were on our way home from Twisty's race on Sunday across Ohio there was a group of bikes stunting with cars filming behind them. What really pissed me off though was they got control of the flow of trafffic (the back bikes) slowed everyone down to like 55 and were putting on a friggin stunt show! The cagers were pissed, one of the bikers almost got hit when a car tried to pass. Last I checked the cage usually wins against a bike. :idk: I have to say it I thought it was stupidity at it's finest and no wonder we get a bad rep - its the idiots like these that put a bad image on sportbikes.

I'm sorry he's injured, but it was his own stupidity for doing it, and I feel even MORE awful for his girlfriend who had to witness it.

I've thought about keeping a small (20"x15") dry erase board and marker in my truck for just such an occassion... _______________________ I HOPE YOU WRECK AND DIE!!! _______________________

Call the cops on your cell and get a patrol sent out. I don't care if you stunt, but when you hender my ability to get somewhere, you will get the cops called on you.

That's some BS right there. I make an effort to always look out for my fellow riders when I'm in the cage but if I was on the road at that time, them fools would have not held me up. That is the type of ***** that kills me about some stunters, they have this attitude like they run the roads. Furthermore, they b@tch and complain about LEO attention yet they pull stunts like this.

I enjoy watching stunters but I had rather see them in a controlled environment rather than on the streets and highways. I realize that places to stunt are hard to find but the idiots are ruining it for those of us that just want to ride. Sure, Its highly likely that you might catch me doing a wheelie or the occasional stoppie but I never do it on busy streets. I keep my antics to the back roads with little traffic.:2cents:

I think the irony of some of the replies to this thead is the hindering the speed limit by obiding it while riding wheelies. In Atlanta everyone drives 80+mph all the time... everywhere you go... so as a street stunter myself I feel very uncomfortable riding wheelies on the highway at 55-60mph... people will run you the ffff over. Have to be movin like 80-90mph and then they dont have a problem with it, lol. Truth is cagers win the fight. Bad new is... most of the time cagers start the fight by not paying a d*** bit of attention to driving. :readng: As for the callin the cops part... there is a good reason my tag is not viewable from behind the vehicle sir. :dthumb:
