Automated phone menusChappy_GT 11-05-2006, 07:00 PM I don't know about all of you, but I can't stand it when I try to get a hold of some place & I get a stupid automated system that leads me to hang up.

sry jtemple 11-05-2006, 08:11 PM "Interrupt. Press 0 (or 0# or #0 or 0* or *0) repeatedly, sometimes quickly. Unfortunately the same keystroke does not always work for each company. Many IVRs will connect to a human after a few "invalid entries", although some IVRs will hangup. :-("

I personally go with the jamb a bunch of numbers that make no sence so they have to put you in touch with an opperator. | |
