Cruisers? Sportbikes?
What kind of bikes do you own?ShanMan14 11-27-2006, 01:07 PM Cruisers? Sportbikes? neebelung 11-27-2006, 01:09 PM Sportbikes. Currently two in the stable, but more to come eventually (probably early next year).
Also might add sport tourers to the stable one day, for longer (and more comfortable) excursions. Knight 11-27-2006, 01:11 PM only SB's for now, I'll consider ADDING a cruiser to the stable when I turn 30 neebelung 11-27-2006, 01:28 PM only SB's for now, I'll consider ADDING a cruiser to the stable when I turn 30

VFR is considered a sport tourer. You can even get hard luggage for it. Rider 11-27-2006, 02:41 PM VFR is considered a sport tourer. You can even get hard luggage for it.
VFRs are sweet bikes, but why do they have to weigh so much. 500lbs is hardly sporty. I will probably end up owning one eventually though. drewpy 11-27-2006, 02:42 PM i think it would be the perfect sport touring bike, no cruisers or wings for me neebelung 11-27-2006, 02:55 PM VFRs are sweet bikes, but why do they have to weigh so much. 500lbs is hardly sporty. I will probably end up owning one eventually though.
It was on Chris' wishlist till he rode one in Daytona. He liked it, but said they really, really need to offer a 1000cc or larger, cus the 800cc is underpowered for that big ol beastie. Still, he said it's comfy as all hell.
I perfer the '03's over the new ones myself... I'd take one of those in a heartbeat. neebelung 11-27-2006, 02:56 PM i think it would be the perfect sport touring bike, no cruisers or wings for me
