Police Car Appears to be Drag Racing

Damn work connection is too slow to view vid. But I know I have raced a few police cruisers (crown vics)... they are slow! :whistle:

I know several cops who routinely break the speed limit in their cop cars when off duty. Around here, there cars are issued to them and they get to take them home.

Wouldn't you? You're not going to get pulled over! They might not get a ticket, but here in Indiana one was driving down I-70 around 90-95 MPH (speed limit 70). A citizen with a video camera taped the guy, got the car # and plate #, and called the city the cop was from and reported it. The citizen also sent the video to the news stations. Not sure what ever came of it, though.

I don't know about any other time but in that vid I don't think you can make out the car number... too many people in the way... probably lucky for the cop!

I was flying down this twisty side road... and we'd been e-braking them like crazy... I was doin some drifting. But this one time I pulled it too far and could get it to release... next thing I know... the rear end is coming all the way around... the car was sideways doing about 45mph... slowing fast cause now I'm all over the brakes that aren't doing alot... cause I'm sideways... the car was going drivers side first in a full out slide... then the passenger wheels started to come off the ground... according to my buddy in the car behind me... they were about 18" off the ground when it slammed back down! Now understand this was a new dealer car... I nearly $**T myself!

hahah I used to go to Philly all the time back in the day to watch the races but lately the cops just have it so lockeddown and busted up its not like it used to be but that is for sure a Philadelphia cop racing right there on most likely Holstein Ave.
