That's the only part he gets into on a regular basis... Well scratching the top of his head is a good one too... Every once in a while he will get into chin rubbins... Once he's settled in you can pet the rest of him... well his back anyway... unless you want bite...

My cat likes being petted at any time, but if you go for his belly while he's laying down, your arm will be full of his teeth.
