Water wetter

I know you run this stuff on the track as a substitue for regular antifreeze. Is there a reason why wouldn't just run it all the time? Who wants to change it out every track day?

I'm not sure about the track but I run it in mine all the time. I do remember to flush it out in the winter so no worries there. :dthumb: I like it due to helping the temp stay down. Great product it is. :)

F water wetter!!! It blows!!! If you run it in your bike, you have to flush it out of your bike every winter...ice in a engine block is not a good thing!!! If you want to put somin new in your bike... Use Golden Spectro Anti-freeze or Engine Ice!!!

Both are blue in color and do allow your motor to run cooler by dispersing the heat more efficiently!! :thumbs:

I am interested in Engine Ice as my bike fan went on for the first time since I owned it and want to do a radiator flush. Is Engine Ice all I need? No mixing with anything?

NO/YES.... No you don't need to mix anything and yes it is all you need! Just watch out, you want "ENGINE ICE" not anything else! Engine ice is blue....don't buy "PURPLE ICE" not the same stuff and is CRAP!!

Purple Ice is CRAP!!! I know! I tried it in my 9R and it almost made my bike overheat many times!! IT SUCKS ARSE!!! Engine Ice on the other hand is GREAT STUFF!!! So is Golden Spectro's bike anti-freeze!!! The advantage to this stuff over watter wetter is it won't freeze and it provides better cooling...

Watter wetter is not meant to be in place of antifreese/coolant What water wetter does is break down the adhesion of watter, u know how water drops are drops... the watter moecules adhere to each other.. watter wetter stops that from happening, making it so the water at the edge of the engine moves with the rest the water instead of it basically being a water jacket at the edge of the metal that doesnt move and the inside of the line moving.... So if all of it moves it transfers heat better. It increases heat dispersion, so sitting at a stop itll still get hot, move and itll cool it FASTER not cool more. Not sure if engine ice does the same or not. Track u cant run coolant and wetter isnt coolant, and doesnt raise boiling point or raise freezing point. It is not a substitute to antifreeze... its a additive.

I understand that! I have a bottle of WW in the garage as we speak. However, most people will bring up Water Wetter when you start talking about it. Engine Ice and the Golden Spectro are the best you can get, regardless is you're using it at the track or on the street!

im not disageeing on the engine ice... its claims are bigger drops then what WW claims. I have a bottle of WW in my garage too, glad i didnt use it htough, i want my motor to stay warm for winter and dont want to have to drain it yearly.... i think it may need a flush every few years but im not one to believe it needs it yearly. Now when summer rolls around agian ill use it and then flush when we get to next years snow.
