i dont think the were AP (armor piercing) rounds tho, but still that doesnt really matter because the sword is sharp enough to split a 50 cal round so ill give it its due justice:dthumb:

i was never told how to do it?:idk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-sHTJAKN-5k Take whats after the = (red above), sometimes it will have an &..... that you don't need if you link from another video i.e. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=khS4zlinxk0&mode=related&search== in that case you only need what is after = and before & as seen above in red. the code for your link is [yt]-sHTJAKN-5k[/yt but you need to add a ] to the end of it to complete the code.

Oh so that's why the Japanese lost WWII:nonod: Each US Grumman Hellcat fighter had 6 of those 50 cal guns firing about 720 rounds per second.:dthumb: And the Japanese fighters did not have self sealing fuel tanks:yikes: ...Amazing what you learn on the history channel!

Now the trick is to practice until you can stop bullets with it during battle. Or just get a gun and fire back.

don't forget the wildcat navy work horse and the most common fighter during the great marianas turkey shoot. http://www.historylink101.com/ww2photo/fighter-usa-grumman-wildcat.jpg or the p40 the zero was superior to these planes but our boys managed to devise tactics that exploited the zeros weaknesses and played to the strengths of our planes. http://www.ctrl-c.liu.se/ftp/images/aviation/military/warbirds/p40-warhawk-1.gif

I got nothing but respect for those vet's...Both sides. Can't wait to see Clint Eastwood's version of Iwo Jima "Flags of our Fathers"... When I raced I sometimes sat on the warm up grid, butterflies in my tummy and palms all sweaty, about to go green with all those competitors, and wonder to myself how those fellows felt taking off to face each other in the skies. Then it was not 8 laps for glory but head to head to the death, winner gets to keep his life.
