removing freaking tank sticker... I have all the other decals off other than that one and the one on the swing arm. Any one have any advice to get those two off. I have tried alcohol and a heat gun. that got all the others off clean. but these two all it did was take of the "plastic" cover over the stickers. now the paper sticker is on there good. I have tried to get it off. I'm would like a good Idea to get it off with out leaving a mess......
do tell.....:tt:

If its a paper sticker left behind, drown it in wd40. I don’t know why but that stuff melts sticker glue like none other. If its still a plastic sticker, keep with the heat gun, it will eventually start to loosen.

Are you sure the tank sticker isn't under the clear coat?
If its not...
Use dental floss along with some type of liqued sticky eating agent... such as WD40, goo gone, degreaser, ect. Of coarse alot of elbow grease

Alright any other suggestions. I got the one off the swing arm with a razor and 3m adhesive remover.
but I'm not willing to try that on clear coat paint.

dude,
use some goo-gone or wd-40 and plenty of elbow grease. those are you two best options. just be sure not to use anything that will scratch your paint.
be careful and be patient and just stick with either the goo-gone or wd-40.
