Kinda self explanatory. Just put any movie you want to review up. It doesnt have to be an all out summary just a yea or nay on the movie. Maybe rate them on a scale from 1-10 or something too(1-it sucks, 5-pretty normal, 10-best movie ever!). Ill start: Ghostrider-8, a typical Marvel film (ie X-Men) Epic Movie-5, funny just in a few parts. Talladega Nights-9, :slol: The Punisher-7, kind of mob like IMO. Those are the only ones Ive really seen lately so post urs up!

Ghostrider 9+ Wild Hogs hmmm, maybe a 6 or 7, it was okay but not nearly what I thought it was gonna be!

We'll go with the two I watched today... The Last Boy Scout - 7 Damon Wayans and Bruce Willis (plus that 'sum bitch guy from Distiquished Gentleman)... Bruce Willis is basically the same guy he is in Die Hard... Damon Wayans is an ex-football star... Good action, decent plot, some snappy one-liners... Oh, and Billy Blanks (http://content.vcommerce.com/products/fullsize/418/4302418.jpg)shoots himself and Halle Berry is a stripper who gets nearly naked... Both of which should be included in EVERY movie IMHO... Think Lethal Weapon meets Die Hard then has a bastard love child who somewhat resembles Beverly Hills Cop (though not nearly as funny)... If you've never seen it, it makes a quality rental... The Departed - 9 Wow... Excellent plot, enough twists and turns to keep you guessing... and just when you think it's going to end... There's more action... Solid casting too with Jack Nicolson, Matt Damon, Martin Sheen, Alec Baldwin, Mark Walberg, and Leo Dicaprio... Scorcese (sp?) is the mob movie god... and he proves it again with this movie...

The Prestige 9 VERY good movie... keeps you guessing through out the whole movie... good plot with good acting... never really been a fan of Christian Bale... but he's awsome in this movie... Wild Hogs 7 Very funny.... a bit drawn out in some places... but an all star cast and a decent plot keep you laughing through most of it. I'd have gone with a 6 but Marissa Tommei being as hot as she is:drool:... and it's about riding... so that bumped it up!

The Prestige 9 VERY good movie... keeps you guessing through out the whole movie... good plot with good acting... never really been a fan of Christian Bale... but he's awsome in this movie... My movie guru buddy said that The Prestige was not nearly as good as The Illusionist... The Illusionist - 9 Edward Norton... always awesome... Paul Giamotti (sp?) in the first role I have ever seen him in that he wasn't the spastic twitchy guy... both turned out top notch performances... Excellent plot... I actually figured out what was going on pretty quickly, but it would be very easy to be completely surprised as the movie progresses... I liked it so much I never returned it to the rental place...

I like movies that keep me guessing alot... like the sixth sense... ya know? but yeah I'll have to check out the Illusionist Now that you have a new found respect for Christian Bale... Check out The Machinist... The Machinist - 8 I have no idea WTF is going on with this movie... I started drinking early on and the movie was so screwed up that I just got wasted... Christian Bale weighs 120lbs and is horribly frightening looking in this movie (Batman Begins he weighed in the 190 range)... It's crazy screwed up and if I could understand it (and wasn't driven to drinking) I would have scored it much higher...

Oldboy - 10 - Really screwed up movie. A guy gets locked in a room (like a hotel room, with a bed, tv, bathroom etc..) fed daily, basically taken care of, but he can't leave. He's locked in there for 15 years....than one day he just gets released. He than has to go find out why. Amazing movie, excellent screwed up ending. Check it out...and I hope you don't mind subtitles

High Tension - 7 If crazy f*cked up foreign horror movies are your thing... Watch this movie... NC-17 because of the CRAZY amount of gore... Not Kill Bill fake spraying fountains, but pretty true to life sick stuff... The plot is solid with enough suspense to keep you on the edge of your seat. The subtitles/dubbing that overlap eachother take away from the experience slightly... Just enough to keep it from an 8...

Wild Hogs -9 I dont know about you all but I loved this movie. It had me laughing the entire time! I really enjoyed it and think it really applied to all ages also! I highly recommend seeing it in theaters. Reno 911- 5 Funny movie as expected. Not worth the ridiculous amount of money it costs to go to the movies today. This one was definitely one that showed all the good parts in the previews and you can wait for it to come out on dvd for!! However... the whale scene happens to be the best :)

Borat- well, wasnt worth my time to watch. its supposed to be funny, but to me, it was just boring. I give this movie a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Saw 3- absolutely INSANE movie and totally awesome. not for those with weak stomachs or low tolerances to gore. pretty much the whole movie is one giant gorefest. I rate this one a solid 10.

Heres my Will Ferral section of movie reviews. They are movies where he plays the comic relief in the movie. It isn't him from old school, its him actually acting. Anyways here we go... Melinda and Melinda: 8/10 - Woody Allen movie. Movie is directed very well. Interesting plot(s). The movie starts out with a table of directors debating if a movie should be a comedy or tragedy. The rest of the movie continues showing the script as a comedy and a tragedy. Same characters in each story just played out differently. Winter Passing: 7/10 - Stars Zooey Deschanel (chick from Elf) Will Ferral is a supporting actor. Deschanel plays a druggy daughter of 2 authors. She is confronted by a biographer looking for letters that were sent between her father and mother. She is willing to pay a small fortune for them. Pretty good movie....nothing to special.

Borat - 9 Wow. I went into this movie thinking it would be terrible, but due to the steady prompting of a few of my friends... I watched it. Wow. I cannot believe this movie... Talk about bringing the worst out of people. I was just amazed throughout the entire movie... Very funny, in a clown car pile-up sort of way... Extremely ridiculous, sometimes gross, and very offensive... If it weren't for the naked wrestling scene (the first couple seconds were funny, but it took too long to move outside the room), I'd have given it a 10.

Dude i saw "The Hills Have Eyes 2" this past weekend and omg. that chit is really freaking messed up. the opening scene is really something i would have rather never seen, im not going to spoil it but if you see it to then you know what im talking about.its a must see. if youve seen the 1st one then your in for something because this is much more gruesome and disgusting and just plaine awesome. however theres ia a lack of a real great plot but the killing makes up for that so i give it an 8.5 for disgusting gruesome chit you really dont want to see and a 6.5 for having no plot. other wise you really need to see it especially in theaters cause its so much better.:dthumb: :dthumb:

i beg to differ about grindhouse. it's could have been alot better, i know it's not supposed to be like....normal cause it's tarrantino, but it really really seemed like he used his name a little too much to just drag out the movie at least an hour longer than it needed to be, and wasted alot space and time, just to say it's 3 hours long.....2 out of 10.

I also went to go see 300 twice in the theater. I agree on the 299 thing since yes, technically with the messenger and all that crud,,but seriously, good movie I would recommend it and I am buying it the first day it comes out on DVD. Also, if anyone likes German movies. There is a movie called Sophie Scholl. It is about a group of teens that hand out anti-Nazi fliars at a university and get caught. Not many scenes in it, but the movie doesnt need it. Very good movie. It is in German, but has Englische subtitles.

Overall an awesome movie. 9 out of 10 Jet Li's Fearless- ditto...ending kinda sucks and theres some weird parts but nothing big. 8 out of 10 Both of those were good... I want to see that one. "unleashed" was pretty good. IMHO, this was his best flick...

The best Pirates movie so far. Capt Jack is hilarious at times. Barbossa was actually likeable in this one. Davy Jones still creeps me the hell out but I tolerated him! I won't spoil the plot! (Unless you wanna know)See it!!! It is worth the 10 dollars. Just make sure you stay AFTER the credits to see the end!!! Here is the trailer! Drink up me hearties YO HO! L1t52deUYcI

Let's see how many of them I can remember... Ghost Rider - Nick Cage rode old Buell tubers. That get's thumbs up right there. Pretty decent movie overall, even if you aren't a biker. Worth a rental.:dthumb: Next - Another Nick Cage flick. Very cool concept, but a little goofy at times (bullet dodging?). Hot chicks, explosions and action, bearable plot. I'd watch it again.:dthumb: The Wicker Man - Yet ANOTHER Nick Cage movie. Creepy movie. I kept waiting for something to jump out and make the movie crazy, but it didn't. The ending pissed me off. I haven't talked to anyone that really liked that movie, but I did. Gone - Ever seen Dead Calm? Pretty much the same movie. It's well done and there's something to be said for the fact that there were no big names, or really any names you'd even recognize. Decent movie. Idiocracy - I can't believe I made it through this entire movie. Cheese beyond McCheesy. The first 5 minutes of the movie are really all that's worth watching. Desperation - Meh. Stephen King was trying WAY too hard with this one. :nonod: Apacolypto - Holy chit! This movie is awesome!!!! Watch it!!!:dthumb: :dthumb: Big Nothing - What a surprise this movie was. I am not a David Schwimmer fan by any means, but this is a quality flick. Plus, I love Simon Pegg.:dthumb: Eragon - Poop.:flush: Flags of Our Fathers - Everything you heard is true. This is just a great movie.:dthumb: Gridiron Gang - Inspirational movie right thar. Afterwards I found myself looking up the real story behind this movie. The Rock is a good actor, I don't care what anyone says. Hannibal Rising - Good casting job. Young Hannibal is even creepier than Anthony Hopkins. Solid movie, watch it.:dthumb: Hot Fuzz - I think I am going to have to watch this one again. I am not sure if I liked it or not. Kinda funny, but pretty strange at the same time. :idk: Shooter - I like Mark Wahlberg... Yeah I said it. I liked this movie too. :dthumb: Snakes on a Plane - Not NEARLY as terrible as I thought it would be. Quite a few nyuck nyuck moments, but actually not completely puke inducing. A very mild  The Last Run - WOW. Total surprise on this one. Remember Fred Savage? Can you imagine him as a total nymphomaniac? Do you want to is probably a better question... Anyway, this movie was disturbing in more ways than one. There's a lot of truth in it though. :dthumb: You Me and Dupree - Funny stuff. Owen Wilson plays the best loser characters... :dthumb: Employee of the Month - Solid comedy. Very surprising performance by Jessica Simpson. Watch it. :dthumb: We Are Marshall - Another inspirational true football story. The Pursuit of Happyness - Will Smith is the man. Impressive performance, very inspirational flick. :dthumb: The Sentinal - Another surprise flick... Michael Douglas, Keifer Sutherland. I'd watch it again. :dthumb: The Hitcher - Pretty good movie. Ending was :gary: I like Sean Bean, but this is not one of his finer performances. Some pretty cool cinemetography. :dthumb: World Trade Center - Fantastic. :dthumb: :dthumb: Silent Hill - One of the many examples of video games that fail as movies. :bash: 88 Minutes - Not one of Al Pacino's best movies, but all the hot chicks make up for it. Worth a look. Freedom Writers - These inspirational true stories get me every time. :dthumb: Turistas - I am never going on vacation again. :dthumb: Clerks 2 - I watched this movie for the 2nd time last week. I liked it more the 2nd time around. :dthumb:

Road Trip- Older flick but if u havent seen it its worth picking up. Very funny. Tom Green freakin rocks in this movie! :dthumb: Accepted-Alot of funny parts but overall not a laugh ur a$$ off movie. Still worth watching tho. :dthumb: The Hills Have Eyes 2- If ur into the whole gory horror films this is the one for u. Pretty disgusting in some parts. Not a big gore fan myself but I think it was overall pretty good. 1408- A MUST SEE! One of the best movies this summer. If u havent checked it out yet its well worth the time and money. Not really a scary movie more of a thriller and it makes u think. Really good ending too.:dthumb: :dthumb: Evan Almighty- Not extremely funny but it had its perks. Vanilla Ice put out a movie, and it had a GSXR on the cover! http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0101615/ Tagline: When a girl has a heart of stone, there's only one way to melt it. Just add Ice. Plot Outline: A rap oriented re-make of "Rebel Without a Cause," with heavy emphasis on the fact that rap star Vanilla Ice has assumed the James Dean role. Best line from that movie: "Drop that zero and get with the hero!" And for the record, Rob Van Winkle aka Vanilla Ice, used to race MX and apparently was pretty good until he flucked himself up...

It was very interesting and had some solid performances. :dthumb:  The Contract - Decent... a solid rental. John Cusack has always been on of my favs and you can't really go wrong with Morgan Freeman... However, MF as a badass is a little strange (watch for the fight scene in the cave). Perfect Stranger - Not enough Bruce Willis. Good movie anyway. Kinda keeps you guessing and has some quick turns that keep you going. I heard a lot of bad crap about this movie, but fluck it, I liked it. :dthumb: Easy Rider - Solid flick. Old School. Makes me want a chopper. Don't just watch it, Buy it. :dthumb: Long Way Around - I guess it's not really a movie, but it's totally awesome. I saw 300 last Friday. There really isnt a lot to the move other than a lot of blood and violence. Its a good story, but one probably best left for the histoy books. The CGI isnt real good. The fake blood splatters thoughout the movie could have looked more realistic. Its worth the video rental though.

Oceans 13... fun. I'm always a scuker for a heist movie tho Knocked up - stupid, but again... hot chick simpsons movie - just felt like one long episode. spiderman3 - good, wasnt as dark as I was hoping it to be. LEtters from Iwo Jima - interesting war movie from japanese perspective. also more about the effect war had on people than the war itself

Knocked Up - Pretty decently funny, but by no means hilarious... +1/2 28 Weeks Later - Not as good as the original, but continued the story quite well... A little too much 'zombie' character development, but I'd surely watch it again... :dthumb: The Marine - Some cheesy dialogue, a couple characters were terrible actors, but overall a decent movie... It's worth checking out just for the explosions and stuff... Plus the Terminator reference was pretty funny. Hollywoodland - Just intriguing enough to keep me watching...
