hey all what bike or bikes do you have and what did you all pay, and used or new.

I have an 05 ZZr600 when all was said and done I paid $4999 with a $500 Arai profile helmet thrown in

the bike had 618miles on it... and sold new for $7800. I think I did alright.

I have a 2000 ZX12R got it for 7000$ with 2120 miles on it.

06 250R, like 3250 OTD w/ a helmet and some 300miles on it (warranty extended). bought it last may.

2006 Kawasaki Z750s - $7000 OTD including tax, freight, and prep.

I think it was like 300 a year, So like 600 extra. p.s that 9100 number included tax title and regsteration.

I got my '97 500R with around 3k on the clock for a shade under $3800 OTD... Of course... That was early 1999... Pipe and jetting were already done... I also got a jacket and helmet.

Actual price was exactally 9177 OTD with the $700 extended service.

Everytime I am reminded of this story I cringe... I WANT THIS DEAL!!!!:cursin:

2006 R1 Anniversary Edition- $13,500 out the door. I saved up and paid cash. I thought I might have got a discount for a "cash" sale but NOPE. Yamaha didn't seem motivated to discount it at all seeing as they were all selling before they hit the floor. :cursin:

2003 R1 bought it March of 2006 with 2210 miles or so on it. I think I bought it for $7,000 or $6500....I donno I got a hell of a deal on it. It's paid off now.

2007 gsxr paid 9615 out the door with over $300 accessories and 2007 ninja zx650r paid 7080 out the door and free helmet

:yikes: Seems like a lot for an oil change. Mine was $150 and all they did was change the oil. They didnt tighten any bolts because the next day I found loose bolts on the bike.

we dont have much in the way of bikes shops down here, just the dealers...and the place I bought my bike charges $110 an hour :yikes:

even my 250 was about $220 on the first service, and those buttheads readjusted everything I had intentionally changed!! :lol:

well i forgot 2 mention what my cousin got his 04 zx636 for, he traded a mantel and a gas fireplace, he works doing them so he paid 1800 canadian about 1200-1300 us. and the bike needed fairings painted and a safety he put 700 canadian or 500 us.

2003 zx7R purchased (private sale) in 05 with 1800 miles for $4K.

1995 Kawi ZX6R

Purchased in 2005 for $300, with 30K miles on her.

I've put a total of about $900 into her over the last two years (tires, battery, fairings/parts, chain, sprocket, etc.....) for a total of $1200.

As it stands right now, far less than perfect, and with another 9K miles on her, I've got 5 offers for between $1500 and $2200 for herl. :dthumb:

A 99 ninja ex500 I payed 1,000 even for it. It had about five thousand miles on it when I bought it it now has a little over sixteen thousand miles on it. I love it it has been a great bike I am ready to upgrade now though I am wanting something with little fairing and a good bit of power...:dthumb:
