i just read on the v-rod forum that i am a member of that they are not producing any more VRSCR street rods after april. so now that means my bike is a unique collectible, i guess. to me it just means there is no hope of finding accessories or anything for from now on. i dunno. i just don't wanna end up with a 600lb dinosaur. :nonod:

They quit making it after only 2 years. Aftermaket parts are hard to find.

No actually I heard they were testing out radiators on other motors. And S&S just released the first tripple cam 45 degree v-twin to help meet stricter EPA requirements.

I'm sure there are a lot of regular Vrod parts that work... actually, most v-rod parts won't interchange with the street rod. they are two completely different animals, outside of the airbox cover and fenders, etc. street rod accessories are limited as it is. THINK POSITIVE YOU HAVE A COLLECTORS ITEM! Harley must have realized that it doesn't leak oil and that it handled too good so they discontinued it to make another offshoot of the fatboy... that's funny!

 ummm, i'm a girl. you'll hafta break that down a bit and explain exactly what that means to me. :bonk: :sorry: The newest motor to the V-Twin world of cruisers and custom bikes. A completely new design in motor, but still hold true to some of its roots. Air cooled, push rods, but FI and 50 state complient. S&S X-Wedge (http://www.x-wedge.com/) They even have sound clips of the motor and pics of it in various bikes including a Big Dog K9.
