What's your biggest ticket?

Like it says... what's your biggest ticket and what was it for? Mine was doing 120 in a 35... yeah there was construction and they dropped the speed from 65 to 35... but the construction had ended about 4 months ago... and they left the signs up... I was hauling ass in my friends 02 SS Camaro... yeah stupid... $648 worth of stupid... I was lucky he didn't tow the car and impound it.

Mine would have been yesterday if the cop didn't let us go. 147 in a 50 (I believe it was 50) on the bike. Yeah speed limit was nice after that. Stupid call on my part. The biggest ticket I got was in the car going 57 in a 45. $180 plus 4 points dropped to 2.

just a couple normal speed tickets in the car but did get the best warning! cop caught me in a good wheelie. it was 90 degrees had the leather coat,gloves helmet every thing was good. he told me its hard enough to ride on 2 wheels let alone 1. lets keep the front end on the ground. cool cop:dthumb:

I got no ticket cause he thought my First Sargent would handle it... but my First Sargent PCS'd before I got back from my two week TDY :lol:

I got a $25 ticket for rolling through a stop sign, in 1991. That was my last ticket. I guess that's why my insurance is so cheap. :idk:

Thank God there were no cops around. But I figured the one that passed me earlier doing 80 himself probably was in a hurry to get somewhere else.:dthumb:

I've had a lot of tickets.... speeding, and noise ordnance (sp) mostly $200-$300.

biggest gotten out of $150/5 points - exibition driving for squealing tires and sliding around corner $120 - noise infraction, loud stereo $80/1 point - speeding, 45 in a 25 $75/1 point - failure to come to a complete stop. $20 - failure to wear seatbelt. all i got was the seatbelt, because I'm in the guard. Worst gotten?? definatly the DUI :cry: :leaving:

76 in a 30 on the bike. Thought I was going to jail. While the cop was in the car writing me up/calling it in, I called my step-brother on the cell phone and told him where the safe was so he could get the cash to bail me out. Called another friend to come over and get the key from me and keep an eye on my bike since I was less than a mile from home. My step-brother knew a state cop so he called the local post and kept me out of jail. I called the attorney the next day and he got it knocked down to 45 in a 30. Actually cost me less money that way, and that's not even including how much I saved on insurance by not getting the big ticket.

PCS is Permanent Change of station (meaning I'll be changing bases) and TDY is Temporary Duty. when you Deploy it's just a Temporary thing... you'll go back to your home station so it's a TDY...

Everyone else was going the same speed... I just had a yellow truck with a R1 in the bed. :cursin: To make things worse.... I was on the way home from the weekend I wrecked my bike so my bike was all busted up too.

to date mine is 48 in 25 school zone DURING the posted hours with front tire jacked straite up. 48 in a 25 - $400 wreckless driving to endanger - $900 school zone infringement - $350 learning to respect the MAN and his place of work, and learning a very harsh rule of selfcontol and respect - priceless

Two dollars for parking with the left side of my car to the curb. Its my only ticket so far, i've been pulled over three times, once for 38 in a 30, anothe for sound violation because of my stereo system, and the last was for rolling a stop sign.

I got pulled over for wheelie/speeding (60 in a 30) and the guy gave me a warning!!

i could have been cited as at least 115 on my last ticket, in a 55... the officer brought it down to 80 to keep me out of court. yay.

Never pulled over on the bike. I got pulled over last weekend by some asshat cop. Said I was going 65 in a 45. I guarantee I wasn't going 45 in a 45. Jerkoff. I'm going to court next week.

the worst I've gotten, would be 1. attach tag not assigned: mandatory court appearance 2.violation of learners license restrictions: see above 3.2 counts careless driving:$110 and 4 points 4.driving while license suspended: got to go to court, AND I got 6 months probation. yay me I get my license back soon and probation ends. I admit, each one was in some way my stupidity, and 50% of those were in my moms S10. good thing she loves me.

I specifically remember one time on the highway... dusk...going thru Detroit on the freeway. They drop the speedlimit to 55 thru the city from 70. I was still doing about 85... left lane. Seen the car about 1/8 mile ahead of me hit her brakes for no reason... I look.. and in the shadows of a overpass. A state trooper laser gunning us over the roof of his car. I looked down at the speedo... yep 80 in a 55... I see the siloette (sp?) of his trooper hat and the tell tale trooper single red light on top... I see his hat going to sit down in the car... I roll by at about 70mph... right next to him... as I'm passing him I see his brake lights come on to put the car in gear... BAM... I twist it... doing about 140 now! Did varing speeds and tactical monevuers... 140 - 180mph for about 10 miles thru reasonable weekend traffic. Great rush! 80 is like the new speed limit here. That is like on 696 up here in metro detroit. Its basically the Michigan Autobahn. Everybody is doing 80-90. No joke. Left lane.. doing 80... peeps are running you off the road. CRAZY! The whole highway is dug in... about 25 below grade... no where for cops to hide!

Hmmmm, I've only ever had three speeding tickets (but been pulled over numreous times), two of them were well-deserved, and the third was... well... total B.S. :idk: I guess the biggest one I've actually RECEIVED was 83 in a 70 (but I was actually doing more like 110 in a 70.... was playing race-n-chase with a heaviled modded Mustang GT... I was in a rental Sebring convertible :lol:). I also got pulled over for 83 in a 35 (what's it with 83 mph? :lol: ), but he only wrote me for 64 in a 55. :dthumb:

Alright, the military thing doesn't work for me at all. I've been pulled over 5 times in the last 3 years, and gotten a ticket every time. 48 in a 35, no traffic around. 46 in a 35, light traffic 52 in a 35, just pulling into town where the speed dropped 74 in a 65, late at night and not another car in sight in the middle of nowhere 64 in a 50 construction zone, late at night and noone working, the road was supposed to be 65 so I figured I'd be good since noone was there. Every time I had to show my Military ID because my drivers liscense is expired and on a military extension. The 74 in a 65 the cop asked me where I was going, I told him I just got back from Iraq the week prior and was going home on leave. After he handed me my ticket he said Thanks for serving, it's the first time in my life I ever told off a cop.:cursin:

I was caught going 120 in a 65, but the officer gave me a break and wrote the ticket for 93 so he wouldn't have to take me in.

Trying to get back from chicago on my way to Memphis....My grandfather was in the emergency room... the guy just caught up to me told me here I've done called it I have to give you one....just come to court. and...by the way turn you hazards on.. I smoked the tires in my 98 cobra and was off again. :lol: I showed up in court and the ticket was for $725. The judge was cool and let me pay court cost and let me off...it sucked there for a sec...

$362.00 90 in a 55full into a curve. caught up to me at the redlight but was cool about it only charged me for exessive speeding. Ended up only costing me 302 cause he accidently wrote in the ticket cost wrong.
