yeah really!
Dude the F'n cops were out like no other today. I've never seen it this bad, but the PA state troopers were out targeting sportbikes today. Our meeting spot this morning of 40+ riders... a cop showed up.
On the way to the destination of a new bike show grand opening event... 3 people got pulled over, one got a ticket for 85 in a 65.. .kinda feel bad for the kid because the cop asked him to get off the bike and it fell over and scratched up all his fairings, mirror... anyway the cop still gave him a ticket.
We even have the helicopters out on us now. Glad I had my g/f with me all day because it allowed me to keep it easy and not screw off. I had one state trooper ride my ass in the other lane for a few miles, then he went up to the next patch of riders did the same to them, then two other groups. Then he pulls out in front of everyone... and pulls off the side of the road. :wtf: ebbs15 04-21-2007, 09:34 PM damn sucks bro... :sorry: NONE_too_SOFT 04-21-2007, 11:09 PM I'm on the same boat buddy, just got a letter from boston heights pd today saying theres a warrant out for my arrest. got tagged by a camera, sent a ticket, but it must have gotten thrown away. ooops.

this is probably fall out from his ticket... SVRider 04-22-2007, 10:04 PM Good luck bro, it sucks not having a license, I was our for a year after a stupid apc....
I know a lot of people in Fargo don't have licenses, about half the cops are bikers here, so as long as you aren't f'n off and being stupid, they generally leave you alone. Unless they get in one of their "moods", then EVERYONE better watch out. + 1st ticket last may, failure to yeld right of way, pop a friends truck pulling out of my dive way (in my car)
+ticket 2, backed into a very jag in a prking lot, and then took off lol, they got my tag number on camara, left a dent the size of a dime in the jag (in my car)
+ticket 3, jacked the front of my bike up in a school zoneduring school hours, doing way over the speed limit standing on the seat
+ticket 4, got on my bike, left work, i work in a machine shop and had accidently gotten a little oil on my back tire, got to the bottem of the parking lot and the bike slid out from under me and i went to the hospital (broke anklel) lol, the sliders saved my bike and it had a little grass stain, but didn't hit anything or anyone, but still i got a ticket for unsafe speed for conditions, lol
+ticket 5, speeding 69 in a 55
+ticket 6 (the one here recently that did me in) speeding 76 in a 55
and to boot, i got all these in just under a year, as of now i am debating selling my bikes and waling away from all motorcycles in general, i just can't take anymore, they stalk sportbikes here, we're profiled and generalized just because of what we ride i know i sound like i'm crying but it's true, i guess i'm just not cut out for bikes marko138 04-24-2007, 11:19 PM i lost my licenses due to a barage of shat, for this i'll make a bulleted list lol

Yeah it sounds like its more the rider though. No offense... I have been there done that. Just got more lucky than you with the tickets.
Have you just considered trading up bikes for something different that would lead you away fromt he stupidity that sportbikes can sometimes get you into??? It don't have to be a harley or anything... but just htink outside the sportbike box. OneSickPsycho 04-25-2007, 10:52 AM Yeah it sounds like its more the rider though. No offense... I've known several people who've gone through it, just do what you need to do to get back in the saddle...it'll all be in the past soon enough.
Sorry for the loss! NONE_too_SOFT 04-25-2007, 01:03 PM Well i dont know how your luck is going, but as of now i have to go down to the court monday at four to listen to a judge tell me how irresponsible i am, and how i could have saved myself 300 dollars by just paying the ticket, :blah:
At least i'm on the road to getting my license back, once i get some tires i'll be riding again in no time. The gf's uncle rides a cruiser too, Triumph speedmaster.
He feels all cool with it, being loud and shiney and such.
And then his niece beats him light to light on a 250!
the other day at the dealership, he sat on a GSXR750. said it fit him ok... i was rolling on the floor laughing, he looked so goofy on it with the cowboy boots and leathers! OneSickPsycho 04-26-2007, 10:02 PM The gf's uncle rides a cruiser too, Triumph speedmaster.
