Man I've got to find some backdrops for some sweet pics like that. I need to figure out how to ride down to the beach (without getting caught).

wow not too much difference between those last 2 pics. Thanks everyone. Once showed that 100 year old image to a rider and the response was "Glad I didn't have to lane split back then!"

Looks great sfarson! Do you pull up the old pics before you ride then make sure you get the same pic?

You've got some beautiful ground to ride on :) Jealous here! No MD mountains compare to that, anyday!

Looks great sfarson! Do you pull up the old pics before you ride then make sure you get the same pic? Yeah. As you know, did the same here: http://www.twowheelforum.com/showthread.php?t=13201 A national motorcycle magazine noted the then/now ride report so if I get my act together and finish the article, it will appear in a December issue. Have done it other times but not posted here. Have a folder of many images found at the library. Printed them out, and some day when work, family, weather, other riding friends, you-name-it permits, go on a ride adventure to try and find where the photographer stood a long time ago. The before and after image of this thread could be better if I could stand higher and to the right, but there's a hardware store there now!
