scam?

this is an e-mail i got from a guy with a REALLY cheap 2005 r6 raven on e-bay. the netherlands part kinda makes me think scam...but the rest almost seems ok...what do you all think? <<<<>>>>

scam.... for one, the emissions in the netherlands are not as stringint as they are in say cali, and when they sell the bike from the showroom, they make it capable of passing emmisions in every state... that and the import taxes are no where near what they are in the states.

Its an investment you're putting that money into, are you really gonna go at it blind folded? there're plenty of bikes out there keep your eye out for one you can see and touch. :dthumb:
