20 bucks is fair if the cafepress ones are decent quality... nice, shiny paper, good quality printing, thick cover, etc. And the 5 bucks to go to TWF should cover all the tshirt losses and help make some bank. 20 bucks is not a lot of money.

As far as this goes, I am def in, Nee you are doing a great job, the ground rules that were laid out by Shan in the other thread are def a must and I firmly believe there should be no shots available for viewing unless you buy the calendar!! That will keep peoples interest up (among other things :wink:) and we will have better success.

I think is one of the best ideas to roll out sense the TWF rally idea! And the CSC calander linked before is a perfect example. I love it. Plus those are chicks riding and its not a bikini shot. Which I think will promote more of our regular girl members to get in on this. And like Rider said... if we get more than 12 we can do a 18 month calander. Further, I also agree with Rae.... none of the shots will be shown to the general open forum. That HAS to help sell the calander. I just love love love this idea. Since the other thread is now locked, I'll paste what I typed over there: Obviously, we already have an account with CafePress so adding a calendar to the store is something I could do. I added it to the store and used a couple of images to test. We will need HI-RESOLUTION images or it appears too small. I'd show you, but it won't appear until I fill all 12 months with images. As far as who is in it and how they're chosen... :lol: After what happened with the magazine contest I am not willing to run another contest like that at this time. It starts off fun, then some unforseen circumstance occurs and I'm holding a mess to clean up. Despite that dismal outlook, I will not quash the calendar idea altogether, in fact I will support it. However.... Do we have 12 women willing to be featured in a calendar? We've had less than 10 the last two years that were willing to be in a magazine. :idk: If the answer is yes, then I suggest willing participants submit their images to me directly. From there no one but the mod team will pick and choose the layout. The Vbulletin software isn't setup for official voting giving me options to limit factors such as membership, posts, whether someone rides etc. Individual members who submit their image to me will get that image in the calendar. If there are more than 12 members who submit images, the mods will decide who gets in. If members can't decide which photo of theirs to submit, then they can post their favorites in a thread, submit input from the rest of the members and make that determination on their own. And, as soon as any negative comments come out in these threads, the thread will be deleted and offending members given infraction points. Sounds harsh, but if anyone had a clue as to the amount of PM's and emails out mod team had to deal with on the last contest, this is going to be a necessity: no tolerance for attacks. Also, I will superimpose the TWF logo in the images so it appears each month. It will be small and tasteful, of course. Wearing TWF gear in the images would be strongly encouraged. That's my take, if you want TWF to handle it. I'd be willing with those ground rules.

I chock that up to good hiring rather than great management. See we have major retention problems (standard throughout the industry) so we are constantly hiring people (~20/wk in a 160 position call center)... Some of the people that the other managers hire :yikes: ... You write them up for being late and all of a sudden you are bombarded with harassment/discrimination claims from HR. Heh, I sat in on a termination one time... We had recorded a newer rep calling a customer an azzhole. When confronted this guy started freaking out, "it's cause I'm black, you white boys are all the same." I actually couldn't hold back and just started laughing, "it's cause you called a customer an azzhole, not some racial conspiracy." Needless to say I had to fill out a mountain of paperwork for that one...

Ok, so we've got 11.5 girls committed to the project.... 11 confirmed, and one more is possibly being convinced (thanks GM ;) ).... Soooooo....... I'll get with Shan, and see where we go from here!! :clap: And to those who've PM'd me supporting this project, thank you!!! :hug:

Some times its a size setting, so the bigger the better so it doesn't pixelate when blown up.:cheers:
