No having to fly to stupid california. This article says they are still working on it, but they just said it's official on ESPN 2.

I'm buying tickets as soon as they go on sale. I went to this years F1 GP there and I suggest you get tickets in section H, it's at the end of the long straight where they have to come down from 220 mph. Well F1 cars do at least. :drool:

That's where I'll be and I'll deff be riding up, usually what I do is take a car and park on one of the local suburb streets, you pay 10-20 bucks and the locals let you park there. Anyone going should let everyone know so we can organize a meet up.
I'll be hanging out at or near the track for a couple hours after the race, traffic getting out of there is hell in a car with AC let alone a bike. Stand still, heavily policed traffic. :cursin:


edit; actually I'm reserving tickets right now and it looks like they're going in the normal direction not the F1 direction so H will be at the beginning of the straight. I'm gonna go for tickets in tower terrace or H, I'm also getting a 3 day motorcycle pass for parking to avoid the hassle. I talked to a friend of mine that works at the track and she confirmed it as well. I am SOOO there, especially since I live so close. BTW, I've known about it for about 6 months now, but couldn't say anything. ;)

You can apply for tickets to be able to buy them. It's a lottery for tickets. Just go to indy's homepage.

Oh, forgot to mention that I get a free ticket. :D

If we could get our hands on tickets, we're actually contemplating moving up the wedding date.... to honeymoon in Indy. :lol:

i just got done reserving 2 spots. and a parking pass , for a auto . can not wait for next year. it be f#cking great.
