OK here is an email that just got sent out here at work. Funky Friday's are back! It has been decided that this Friday will be ugly shirt day. Now, by ugly we mean that one shirt in the back of your closet that you just can't part with but won't be caught dead wearing in public. There should not be any obscene, foul, derogatory or otherwise offensive comments, pictures, gestures, or innuendoes in, on, or around said shirt. Also, holes, fungus or other unpleasant odors will be not acceptable. It must be appropriate for the work environment in an ugly sort of way. Participation is purely optional however encouraged. Remember: Ugly is in the eye of the beholder. :wtf: First off, If I thought the shirt was ugly I wouldnt still have it, and second, do I really want to see a bunch of shi*ty shirts around here? F No! I told you guys, its like Office Space exactly here.

:baha: Our company (and more specifically my previous department) used to do stuff like that all the time. I suppose it's intended to foster cameraderie and team building and all that bullsh*t... Also supposed to be a break from day to day monotany, bring a little fun into the workplace... Eh, it can be fun... it's stupid, but why not have fun with it? :idk:

ugly t shirt day? thats new... we don't have that kinda stuff here I guess, everyday is supposedly casual. (or at least it is for me :D ) But I really get the office space vibe coming from this place. and the cubicle farms... everytime I stand up in my cubicle its like that scene from the matrix that shows all the humans being farmed for energy

hmm riding jeans.. I need to get some of those, so I can have leg protection but not have to walk around with riding pants... Yeah, they're nice. I have two pair now- Draggin' Relaxed Fit, and Icon Barrier. The Draggin' have more protection (all the way around the knee, and in the seat) but the Icons fit closer to normal (twenty-something) jeans. The Draggin' are closer to what my dad wears, without being too (:gary:) tight
