Note: "One ride" - 420 miles long "Paid Cash" - and parks it in a wood shod next to a GMC POS! lol I noticed the exact same things a 420 mile ride first time out? and only wants cash or cashiers check (ie something that cant be traced back to him personally like a checking account or paypal account) Something is fishy here, and im not just talking about the skanks behind...

I'd hit it. I always thought it was bad to put a PC, exhaust, and whatnot on before fully breaking the bike in... :idk:

Usually voids the warranty. Only voids the warrenty on the effected parts and if they know about it.

I've been seeing things like that a lot lately. I don't use ebay anyways, a lot of the stuff on there is sketchy.

Usually voids the warranty. Not according to my local stealership.

We use ebay pretty frequently and never really have any problems! I have... Neg feedback from some joker who never returned any of my emails. Item dispute from someone who bought an as-is item, used it for 2 months, then tried to say it was broken when she bought it (after leaving positive feedback)... I won. Neg feedback from a guy who receive a shipping damaged item. I sent him replacement parts and he withdrew his feedback... Would have been nice if he had contacted me before leaving me the neg.

Thats no good. Kevin and I use Ebay for everything and love it. Granted communication happens to be key when you use it, but other than that we love it.

Not according to my local stealership. Exactly.. like I said... it could cancel warrenty on the effect parts. But lets say you have a PCII and a exhaust. But the bike's water pump takes a poo. Those parts aren't related... so warrenty should be no issue. Further, most dealerships just look the other way. Cause if they "turn you in" there is a good chance you wont get the bike fixed with them cause they ratt'ed you out, so you're pissed. SO then they don't get any money for the repair. Where as if they look the other way they get paid for the repair from the manufacture. That is the way of the world....

That is the way of the world.... :iagree: Or if you look at it the other way, if it voided the warranty then you wouldnt buy aftermarket parts from them. THey dont want that. So its in their best interest to honor the warranty on OEM parts. Obviously thary cant warranty aftermarket, but that doenst mean that once you upgrade a part that voids the warranty on the entire bike.
