I heard about that a while back...some guy was suing the site because some girl was talking sh*t about him...I think the site won because they do not control what people post.

There is actually a class action lawsuit in progress against the site, I was reading an article in wired magazine about it. Aparrently (who didnt see this coming) women who get broken up with get on there and talk **** on the guys and spread lies (like so and so has herpes or aids etc), so a bunch of them got together and are suing the site for slandering or character defamation or something like that.

wow do guys have a site like this? I really doubt the judge would rule in favor of a site run by guys :lol:

This was actually on an episode of Dr. Phil. The woman that started it was being sued by a bitter guy that found info about himself on there. The first case got thrown out... however more have turned up since. It's some good research if you have time to look it up!

IMO if your self esteem is low enough to "let" a man tear you down then those are your own emotion issues...even if the guy is jerky... It's not even about looks I don't think... I learned from a friend a looooonnnnngggggg time ago that if you want to get laid on a consistent basis, you have to be an absolute *******. It's the truth. When I first meet a chick, unless she's already swooning over me, I'll treat her like dirt. Then she'll go out with me. Once we go out and I show her exactly what sort of sauve motherflucker I am, she's hooked. It's bass ackwards, but it works.
