Ohio TWF Ride

Are there any here? Wanna ride? I am putting together a ride for Sunday Sept. 2nd... Anyone with a Buell is welcome... Guidelines... Route is tentative, but we will go over it anyway. Hand signals should be standard and agreed upon before everyone leaves. No passing in the corners. My preferential crusing speed is 70-80mph. Keep safe distance. Wear your gear... Helmet, jacket, gloves, boots, jeans... minimum. I don't want my ride ruined because we are scraping up dumbass all over the road. Do whatever the hell you want unless it puts me or anyone else in harms way and/or causes undue attention of LEO's. Ride your own ride. Lotsa miles... all day. Feel free to break off whenever though... EDIT~ ANYONE IS WELCOME... Buells would be great, but a grouping of TWF'ers would be better!!!

just a piece of advice, set up regular intervals for rest stops, and if anyone wishes to break off from your group, ask they inform the group leader so you're not searching through a road you just went through to see if they went down. just something I learned off my local group's north runs.

I assume we'll start in Columbus, perhaps group everyone together in Zanesville... Columbus is about 1.5 hours away from Cincy... Zanesville another hour...

How far of a ride is it to get down there? The roads really start to get good about 45 minutes in... Though there is a little to warm you up well before that...

I was talking to EagleDRZ yesterday and he said there's a HUGE loop on the SE part of OH that is totally killer. I was thinking about doing that... It is a LONG HAUL though....

AD Farrow Harley Davidson (Sunbury) @ 10am. It's exit 131 on I-71 (SR-37)... About 20 miles north of Columbus... When you get off the exit head East and turn at the right light just past the Pilot gas station... Go straight back until you see the entrance to AD Farrow... it's slightly confusing, but if you keep going straight after turning right at the light, you'll hit the entrance...
