neebelung 09-12-2007, 04:59 PM You're a carnivorous male. It's your birthday. You've indicated you want a good steak (emphasis on good), but don't care where you get it.
Where would you rather go -- Ruth's Chris, or Morton's?
(both are downtown on the river; great location either way)

Morton's has excellent cuts of meat. Get a ribeye, sirloin, or double cut filet.
I prefer the ribeye or sirloin, dry aged.
And please, please, please order it medium rare or less.
