Halo 3 TV commercial

I would even go as far as to say the original HL was better than Halo 1, even though the graphics were far more superior HL has a MUCH better story line that gets you more involved. I liked the first Halo and like playing LAN with friends but didn't care for the second one at all and the third I will probably care for less.

What's HL? I don't really care what a private business wants to put up. Especially game systems. I haven't played a Playstation or any gaming system in probaby 2years. Or I remember playing GTA Vice City when the San Diego game just came out and that was the last time I played a video game. Other than say Golden Tee at a bar or something.

HL was released in 98, halo in 2001... halo is a great game, comparable to Half life, but only because half life set a standard. the only game i can go back and play when im bored with out getting sick of after ten minutes is HL or HL2.

I dont see anything wrong with the video, if you cant distinguish betwwen real life and tv then you got bigger issues. I actually love the halo series and like killzone too, great first person shooter games.:idk:

I dont have a 360 and if I did i prolly wouldnt buy halo3, cuz all my friends are going to and all I want to do really is play the campaign. the story is interesting enough.

I don't think its offensive, I was just reading an article on it and they said they had received some complaints. Like I said before the reason i like HL over Halo is just because HL has such a richer story imo. It set a lot of gaming standards and was completely revolutionary. Halo may have a semi unique story line but its based on the blueprints HL set down as a great game.

If your going to play HL start with the original, I know u may be tempted to just start with HL2 since it has the better graphics but u need to play the original to get the story line. This is a case of PC police going overboard. It's a fictional story. Next thing you know any movie based on a fake war is going to be offensive to reality...

Yeah on our downtime in Iraq we played halo and halo 2 all the time everyone i know loves the game.

One of my buddies bought an Xbox off of me and only owns one game... Halo 2. He's crazy addicted... and flucking awesome at it... He plays local tournaments all the time and wins real money... He's got a team and chit... It's crazy... He probably logs 5 hours a day playing that game...
