stpidity amazes me everyday

Ok I was at class this morning until about an hour ago. I'm getting close to be house (about 1 mile up the road) and I come around the corner onto a straight away (the road isn't flat it has several step elevation changes but it is straight) well first thing I see is a small go cart with a rope tie to end turn onto the same road as me (he is traveling in the same direction as me just in the wrong lane) well right behind is a dude on his bicycle. Well I'm taveling at like 5 mph because I didn't know if he was going to pull in front of me. (i was driving the mustang today) well he throws the other end of the rope to the guy and it has a loop at the end which the dude puts around his neck. Gonna guess the plan was he would hold on to the bike and get pulled real fast down hill. Well I've passed them at this point but I'm watching in the review mirrow, they are barely cruising then the guy on the bike signals for the go cart driver to give it full gas down the hill. I seen it coming. Rope grabbed that idiot by the neck, up over the front end of the bike, smashes his face into the asphalt and is then drug about 5 feet before coming to a stop. The bike followed right behind him, kinda looked like a stoppie gone bad. What happend I guess is it jerked up so hard he tried to hold on to the handlebars but the bike just flipped over going down the hill. His face was bleeding but as I drove off I seen him get up and walk around, with the rope still around his neck that his. I figured he'd be alright and couldn't help but to :slol: at his stupidity.
