headlight mod Buell

KBUBP I just got my new headlights from Buell. I am gonna put them on my TL1000S. Can you spare a tutorial on how you put yours on and wired it up? Thanks!

You're barkin' up the wrong tree anyway... A couple minutes on a Buell board... because I am bored and feeling particularly helpful... yielded this: The black is a ground, the yellow is low beam, white is high beam, and brown/yellow is for the running light Mind doesn't have a brown/yellow, but rather an orange/white.

Now you'll need to figure out how that matches up to the TL...

Yup, thought it should be in Suzuki also but, as long as it is still open and active, it is all good. Tutorial w/pics coming as soon as I mock up the bracketery! (sp) I am gonna order one of the Buell headlight side skirts to make it look better. Right now, Mounting the upper bracket to the forks is baffling me.

Still no pics... they are coming. I have the front plastic, bracket, headlight and gauges off of the TL. Looks MEAN!:redevil: I boogered a few dimensions and now have a bracket that wont work. :loser: So, I did some EBAY searching and a have a bracket, gauge tray, rear hugger, undertail and lower chin fairing on order. I just blew my xmas wad :yikes: once the parts get in, I will start making the tutorial, minus my boogered up attempt. Loren
