Need opinions on tires?

I'm new to this forum and new to riding, so I'm not full of knowledge when it comes to bikes. I know I need new tires in the spring, I just don't know what to go with...I don't ride crazy like wheelies and taking exit ramps at 80 mph, but I would like a tire that I can feel safe with when taking a turn. Most of my riding is highway and urban roads...mostly straight. I was told to go with Dunlop...forgot what model tire, but any other suggestions in tires and would you know how much it would roughly cost?

Pilot Power by Michelin. You will thank me later. This was the highest ranked tire by Sportrider( I hate sportrider) and Performace Bikes from the UK. Gasman bought them and loves them. They are so good of a tire that Endurance racers use them because they are, well awsome http://motous.webmichelin.com/home.htm

Awesome, not as much as I thought they'd be! Now I just need to find out how much it would cost to get them mounted and balance and install on the bike around here.

I think I'll go with the pilots, check em out in person. I'll see how the Dunlops are also, but I'm liking the pilots for now. Thanks for the info.
