Does anyone know why Polaris stop building jet skis? Polaris is owned by John Deere isn't it? I can't find any information on it. I know they lost an $8.3 million dollar law suit a while back because of a female passenger who had her rectum "destroyed" when she fell of the back of a jet ski.

Polaris even said in the owners manual not to ride in only a bathing suit. they feel that had she been wearing denim or a short sleeve/leg wetsuit she would not have sustained injuries... weird.

That would be horrible. I couldn't even imagine the pain.
