i saw a killer 02 Falco 1000 for like 6 g's.

any info on if this would just cost an arm and a leg for maintenance and all?? don't know much about Italian bikes, other than they're bad@$$.

don't own a bike yet, getting one here within a month (once i decide what i want)

and so far...me want a Falco. but not if it'll break the bank - after the purchase.

I've heard they are expensive to maintain, but cant be as bad as a ducati, Ask them what the service interval is for valve adjustments and how much they charge.. dont ask a salesmen, ask the local aprilia sales places service shop.....

you buy a bike, plan on doing your own oil changes.. they charge liek 50-60$ to do bikes when they are easier then cars.....

If you like it and its comfortable to you go for it.... you dont wanna regret it and buy something you dont really want.

Without looking it up, $6k sounds a little high. Check out something like Kelly Blue Book to avoid overspending. Bottom line is, if you like it, buy it.
