I'm far from 16 but I can tell you that it ain't gonna be cheap....even on the 250. Give any insurance co. a call & they'll give you the quote over the phone.

ok thanks. my birthdays in november and we get bad winters here up in pa. so i was thinkin if i waited till i turned 17 it might be a tad cheaper? not sure tohugh
