As long as an R6 isn't on the road with it.. zx636r 02-08-2005, 04:22 PM does the R6 even have inverted forks yet. lol wow they are way behind JK_DILLA 02-08-2005, 04:29 PM ...you can give me two of those :dthumb: bumblebee 02-08-2005, 05:37 PM best bike on the road.
Maybe in Fantasy Land where you seem to be living... Captain Morgan 02-08-2005, 06:04 PM does the R6 even have inverted forks yet. lol wow they are way behind
Uh, yes, it does. Need4Speed 02-08-2005, 06:05 PM dman i love the ninja's...the new zx10 and this zx6 is just unreal ! y2k4gsxr600 02-08-2005, 06:53 PM :dthumb: Captain Morgan 02-08-2005, 06:57 PM I sat on one at the dealership today, and I can definitely understand their complaint of not being able to see the gauges when riding upright. That windscreen is LOW. It appears that wind would hit the rider around mid-gut. On my R-6, the wind hits me about chest high. I'm not sure which would be better. zx636r 02-08-2005, 08:18 PM yeah they just got inverted forks this year. the R6 and 6R are about the same in 05. now in 04 the 6R was the definate #1 bike.
every time there is a comparison test. all the other manufacutes try to compare there bikes to the kawasaki to see if they are good enough. every artical i have read about yamaha or suzuki or honda all stated that there bike just did not have the power of the kawasaki.
but on the other had the gixxers are all know to handle better and have a better frame setup.
but its all good and in fun. casue if you look at the whole picture they are all fast as he!! and at this level it is the rider that makes the difference not the bike. ScottSellersUNR 02-11-2005, 12:08 AM Kawi has basically always been at the front for POWER... be it Crusier or Sport bikes... Even the Kawi crusiusers with a twin compete with crusisers that are much bigger Triple engines... now suspension and all that.. and maybe not number one...
But yeah liek you said none of i t means anything... get in twistys with a pro on a GS500F and a newbie with a 10R ill put a paycheck on the GS500F. | |
