Keep up the good work over there!!! :pat: twisty 02-25-2005, 06:46 AM You can get a 200 back there. You can get a 200 on just about any liter bike. Stock is 190, and a 200 will fit. The tire profile isn't going to be quite right, and it will slightly reduce handling (it'll slow down how fast the bike changes direction), but it's not that bad.

- :pat: usmc_butler 02-26-2005, 12:43 AM Thanks for the info. Mid April I should be back form Iraq and will post some pictures up of the Busa. I've ordered lowering links, triple tree, new plastics (which are getting painted now), euro tail, crystal clear front signals, ex swing arm, DID chain, Power Commander III frame polishing kit, still looking for chrome wheels if anybody knows of a good deal on some let me know. Also if anybody knows any good Busa parts websites please let me know. Welcome Jay!! :twfrox: valpoboyzkenny 03-05-2005, 03:10 PM It's the chain you have to worry about. you might end up shaving some of the side of the tire off to clear it. unless you go to a 520 conversion then it may clear the tire no problem but don't hold me to it!! but remember the more tire you have, the heavier. so it can slow it down some with all that centrifugal force spinnin. so in my opinion stick with a 190 unless you just wanna look cool and tell people " i have a 200 back tire" 2FURYUS 03-07-2005, 04:28 PM IMO, stick with the 190.... My 'busa came with a 200 on it and I replaced it with a 190 (after it wore out).... and it handled much better.
BTW, A 200 will fit with no mods. | |
