Lucky me get to break in new Supercharged Mercedes

Dropped off daily driver for warranty repairs :rant: Dealer gives me supercharged C230 with 35 miles as loaner :crazy: Who ever buys this car will be assured of hard break in ;) Car doesnot have Corvette performance, but has some spunk. Will be hitting back roads this weekend testing out performance :dthumb:

How much HP?

How much HP? Only around 200 but gearing is around 3:50's in rear does have nice acceleration. Brakes look to be six piston in front with drilled rotors. Love giving rentals and loaner cars good work out :dthumb:

If that damn 200hp Benz has some six-piston calipers, some engineer somewhere needs shot.

2-piston in front, 1-piston in rear.

2-piston in front, 1-piston in rear. Car has sport package, what ever that means? Never been interested in low end Benz. Calipers look bigger than my C5, plus surprised to see factory drilled rotors, will take picture in morning.

Google search drilled rotors C230 four piston front brakes.

What was wrong with that over priced and hyped foreign car that it is in the shop so they would have to give you a loaner for several days???

Also, WELCOME!!! Thanks. I work at a car dealership and the guy that owns it brought his other car in, an '05 C6 Corvette for some maint. He'd done a trackday at Carolina Motorsports Park in BOTH cars. He found out I used to roadrace and did some trackdays and motard there. Instant buddy. He found someone that he could relate to as far as the track goes, the lines, bumps, runoff, etc... We talked lap times, drifting, performance stuff. Him being a webdork(mini Bill Gates) and me being somewhat knowledgable in the high performance business I steered him the right direction as far as upgrades with brake pads, rotors, fluid, etc. He trusts me and I look out for him so he doesn't get ripped off just cuz he's got a few mil in the bank. :jacked: Btw, he left the unsigned title in the glove compartment. I about **** when I saw it :bash:

Hey jetskifast Are you still ripping on the little C230? Will be taking out today for its last beating :redevil: Not a bad little car, handling surprised me no body roll at all. Braking is great, does have some get up and go. Car is still getting about 20 MPG with foot into pedal all the time.
