What is your favorite fried chicken!!!!

Lame poll i know, but we had an in depth discussion at work about fried chicken. We concluded that i like Popeyes and everyone that doesnt... should! What do you like?

What Poll? I like KFC! Mostly because Popeye's went under in my town.

JK_DILLA, Personally, I hate Popeyes Chicken. I think it's actually repulsive. No flavor or anything. That's why I like KFC. Then again, that and Roy Rodgers were the only two that we had in NY growing up so. But anyways... KFC ROCKS!!!!

Fast food wise I'll go with KFC. My true favorite is Buffalo Wild Wings out here in Vegas. Everybody loves their wings. I like mine naked. People think that's weird. **** 'em.

Nah man, I mean I love KFC Honey BBQ Wings. They are great. I tried mild and spicy from Popeyes. What else do they have? I haven't seen anything else. Now if they came out with some Honey BBQ, I'd probably try that. G

Popeyes spicy then Churchs... KFC sucks. Hardees was good till they quit selling it...

Honey BBQ wings didnt save KFC down here. Theyre nearly extinct from Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. And if were talking non-fried chicken products, Popyes has the best biscuts and mashed potatos.

Especially when like those people from the south sit here and say that THEY have the best food and nothing compares to it. But I don't know, for some odd reason the BEST restaurants are in the Northeast and in Cali! But friend chicken, I'd rather baked, it ain't as bad for you and mine tastes much better than fried.

Forget the big names, Anyone doing Portugese fried chicken is what you want. OUTSTANDING! There is a chain called Oporto's over here, not sure if it's in the States. Portugese chicken with Chili basting. It's great, but the suburb where my girlfriend used to live was full of Portugese, and there were a few fried chicken places that were way better than any other that I'd tasted. :dthumb:

I Love KFC and popeyes but I voted other because there is a place out here, in this little tiny town called RIPS. you can get a half chicken dinner with fries and a drink for under 5 bucks. And its the best chicken Ive ever had. Before your meal comes out they bring out a basket of crispies, Which are the little peices of fried batter that fall off the chicken, and a basket of pickles. Ya just sit there eating basically fried batter till your meal comes. I know healthy right. Some people, myself included roll the pickles in the crispies to get fried pickles. YUMM!!! you guys should all ride out here and Ill take ya there. Oh but don't be afraid to get you hands dirty because they don't even give you silverware. They used to chuck rolls across the place to you if you wanted them but they stopped doing that:scratch: :idk:

I voted KFC. I've only eaten Popeyes a couple times. I prefer grilled. On my grill. Grilled by me.
