If youre asking because you thinking of getting one... YES! Grafixx01 05-15-2005, 11:18 AM The RSV is the bike that I used to want but now I'm kinda turned off by it. I'd rather the Tamborini. Gas Man 05-15-2005, 11:23 AM Yeah...Tweety...I'm not sure I follow what you're trying to ask... more elaberation please! GSXRGirl 05-15-2005, 11:29 AM 1000 Duh!

As for V-twins in general, most common in sportbikes are 650ish, 750ish, and 1000. The 1000cc motor being the most popular. Ducati has made or makes everything in between. When you get to the other types of twins: Parallel twins and boxer twins, it varies more. :2cents: GSXRGirl 05-15-2005, 11:34 AM Yeah...Tweety...I'm not sure I follow what you're trying to ask... more elaberation please!

I like the styling of the MV and Ducati better than the Aprillia. They look more "exotic" and I'd rather the MV cause you (or at least I) haven't seen any on the road in the US. But it's cool cause Gas Man said he's gonna buy me the Tambourini when I buy him two 10Rs for his birthday, the MV will be my birthday present! Gas Man 05-15-2005, 01:40 PM Just hold your breath Graff! jlozx750 05-15-2005, 03:58 PM Aprillia turns you off? The MV is way nice but that doesnt make the Aprillia ugly.

the 600 is the most popular world wide
1000's are most popular in urban settings or the plaines
in mountian or canyon areas its the 600 that rules
dont you think there should be more 750's pickle.of.doom 05-15-2005, 04:02 PM the 600 is the most popular world wide

Im sorry Tweety. Mille means 1000 in Italian. The Mille Factory is also the best Twin ever made and my fav bike.:sorry:
And just a side note the 2005 model has dropped the Mille and now is known as the RSV 1000 R FACTORY and the RSV R. JK_DILLA 05-15-2005, 04:56 PM Is that still a Rotax motor? twisty 05-15-2005, 05:08 PM Yes! But since Piaggio bought Aprilia, and they have plans to bring motors back in house from what I heard. But I think Rotax has being making motors for Aprilia since the 70's so I think that is more hot air than anything.
Also Aprilia makes more that just 1000cc bikes. GSXRGirl 05-15-2005, 05:33 PM Im sorry Tweety. Mille means 1000 in Italian. The Mille Factory is also the best Twin ever made and my fav bike.:sorry:

I know, i meant thier sportbikes. The RSV's, falcos, etc. Still their RS 2-strokes are sweet too. twisty 05-15-2005, 07:56 PM I know, i meant thier sportbikes. The RSV's, falcos, etc. Still their RS 2-strokes are sweet too.
