Well some of them do  pickle.of.doom 06-02-2005, 02:46 PM I dont have boobies. But I've known quite a few :) Perhaps something like heli bar clip on risers or such, so you can raise your grips up a couple inches, that way it wont be such a stretch to get your arms up there, thus no boobies laying on the tank :dthumb: chev 06-02-2005, 02:47 PM I can't talk about the boobs hurting but I can say this Roz...you should have most of your weight on the seat, not the pegs. Also, do your forearms hurt? I ask because when I first started out (like you now), I'd hold on for dear life and my grip was enough to choke someone out!! You may be pulling yourself against the tank real hard or the other end of it, you may be off the tank just enough that you hit a bump and the bike hops up into your chest.....similar to what us guys deal with when we have our "boys" too close to the tank and hit a big pot hole!!!!! You may want to try riding in a sports bra. Just a suggestion but by no means can I give REAL advice.
This womens forum is cool. I think it's great that women ride. We have 3 in WOS and some other wives of club members that ride or will be riding soon.
Keep it up. :dthumb:  kilrgsxr750 06-02-2005, 05:20 PM yes im a guy... yes the title caught my attention .yes that is the sound of my wife smacking me for replying to this thread.

Steve. SpeedWerks.com 06-02-2005, 08:25 PM It sounds to me like you are not relaxed on your bike (understandable for a newbie). Focus, when you are riding, on having "chicken arms" as Keith code would say...nice and relaxed. Your torso should not be taking the brunt of your riding, even at long distances.
The other problem is that your reach may be too long. You look like a tiny girl on a big bike. There are ways to get the handle bars back toward you a little more to get you a comfortable riding position. Your boobs may be laying on the tank because you are having to stretch way to far to grab the bars. Definitely look into that. If you are stretched that far, you will never be relaxed while riding.

 BUAHAHAHAHA funniest post ever No Worries 06-02-2005, 11:40 PM You need higher handlebars. The GenMar's lift up your stock handlebars, if they are above the triple clamp, about 3/4 inch. The Heli Bar's replace your stock bars and may add an inch. The best bet is the LSL handlebar replacement. It replaces your clip-on's with an honest-to-God handlebar. It's over $300, but they have been highly rated for quality and fit by Motorcycle Consumer News magazine. You may want to check into handle bar risers, but doesnt sound like your in a good/correct riding position if this is occuring. twisty 06-04-2005, 11:38 PM Or she could go on a diet? Gas Man 06-05-2005, 09:32 AM Or she could go on a diet?
