michigan helmet law?

anybody hear any thing on the no helmet law yet? if it pass's i can't wait to see the moron's crack there skulls open. :bash:

Darwin = the sick, stupid, and weak die off...that's what we need more of! Snake...that looks like a good link, but it looks a bit complicated... where does one look to find out the helmet law changes?
