I just finished eating my lunch. I had a crispy chicken combo from harveys. With a poutine and an iced tea. The sandwich only had lettuce and mayo on it.

for what its worth i had nothign but chicken for the past 3 days for lunch and dinner. lol tried to lose 10 lbs in 3 days and mission will be accomplised tomarrow morning. im at 212 lbs now.
