The anniversary colors remind me of the paint from the early nineties.
Is it wrong to call that retro?
JK_DILLA 06-19-2005, 01:26 AM It IS retro. The same paint job as the first GSXR's back in '86. Saw one at the dealer and it looked good. Dont know if its $1,000 extra good.

R1up0n1 06-22-2005, 07:10 PM now that's gotta suck! I hope someones insurance covers that one!
Grafixx01 06-22-2005, 09:14 PM Wonder how that was done...
fatburg 06-22-2005, 10:33 PM it's called going close to 100mph through a residential neighborhood, launching from a neighbors front walk over the street, bouncing through the front yard while rolling over as you enter the house. We actually found the spare tire in the attic, it still had the lowering mechinism still attached. My grandfather was standing in the left window(looking at the house) when it crashed through.
It was impressive, unfortunatly the kid driving didn't survive. As far as insurance goes, unfortunatly there both my brother-in-laws home owner insurance and the kids car insurance was the same company which meant they tried to do everything cheap.

That's horrible. Nice lookin' house though. Insurance always tries to do the cheapest way, especially if you are at fault.

I wanted to buy a Raptor 600 or 650 (forgot which they make 'em in). If I didn't get the R6, I was gonna get that. Then again, there ain't too many places here I'd ride due to the olde rattlesnakes and stuff...
Earlzach 06-22-2005, 11:26 PM Grafixx01,
That raptor is a bad azz quad. I would still rathe have another 85 or 86 250r though. I have owned over 20+ bikes. I had 3 three wheelers ( 2 atc250r's and 1 tri-z 250) a Rm250 and a V65 Magna all at the same time. I used to take my friends riding with me all of the time. If someone didnt have a bike or trike I had em covered. Then I thinned out the hurd and went down to 1 trike and my magna then Offed the Magna for anouther tricke only to find out I bought 2 1995 atc 250r's over 2 years apart in two different parts of the state and they had sequencial id No#'s they came out of the factory one right before the other. I could never do that again.
Here is a normal day of riding for me, the two up front are mine the back one was a friends.

Those are illegal in NY, have been for years. Too many idiotas getting hurt for not knowing how to ride properly.

Well advantage went to my brother-ijn-law in the end being he's a lawyer. It took about 6 months to rebuild, it looks really nice now.

Dude, you've never heard that before? Man, I heard that when I was like in 7th grade or something around that area. That's why I don't like too much junk food anymore. Even if it is like that you have to drink/eat a snit load of it, still...

Not completely sure (as i don't live in NY) but i believe they are only illegal to SELL, not to own or ride. that's how it is in ND.
And for the Raptor, they come in a 660 or now a 700 and 350 and 90
