What is a post whore?

I see this little man all over :whore: and I don't get it. Please don't think I'm stupid, I just don't understand. Is it a good thing? :here: :here: I usually see it when I read a topic and the posts have nothing to do with the topic. :here: :here: :here:

A post whore is someone who replies to every topic no matter what the subject as many times as they can before it gets locked...If you looked under that name in the Collier's...GasMan's pic would be there...Oh yeah, we are still waiting for you to post those pics of you riding in as little as possible!!! :dthumb: :drool:

This can lead to :jacked: , but in most cases it doesnt. Thats at least what I get out of the word/smilie :whore: If you want an official definition, I'd wait for Gas' response. I high don't agree with Jetski. Granted I have :whore: alot but usually to just pass some humor and some entertainment. I really like Snade's explanation and Bee's isn't too far off. It relaly consists of posting alot! And sometimes that, like anything else, can lead to low quality. But you can not be a :whore: and do nothing but post crap! So the lines can be a bit fuzzy.

Plus he actually RIDES A MOTORCYCLE! I enjoy this site, but this is pretty pathetic. Motorcyclists support the vendors, who support the site and so on. It is foolish for non riders to falme motorcyclists on here. I dont agree with everything everyone says, but I certainly respect everyones views. Jetski and I have varying views about things....but he's still a motorcyclist who has apparently done well for himself. Bottomline is that friendly poking of fun is one thing......but these flames by NON Motorcyclists will run the motorcyclists off. Bottomline.....where I come from, people watch out for their own.....and those of us that ride should look out for eachother - we have enough to worry about to fued with eachother :2cents:
