What's you favorite Triumph MC?

I don't really like many of them but what about you... They have always seemed to lack power and the advancement with the sport. They make alot of bikes and different styles so I'm sure there will be many ideas flying... It was huge and really long. They got some neat bikes... Here's the Rocket III with a monstrous 2,294cc :yikes: and pumps out 147lb-ft of torque. http://www.triumph.co.uk/images/ROCKETIII_black.jpg But I think I like this the best for it's pure streetfighter stance and look... I haven't found a single 955i owners who didn't praise that bike enough. I think they are both great all around bikes which will let the rider stand out among the Japanese bikes even though they won't excel in any particular categories.

Good point... sometimes the performence aspects are trumped by other aspects and that may be the reason to buy the Triumph... Nice play on words there.....

I'm seriously considering the 650 as my next bike. And i mean serious as in gathering the finances as we speak. Although it probably won't happen until mid winter.

Yes yes...speed triple speed triple.... I still tell people, I would be riding one of those instead of my Honda if Triumph Detroit didnt want such a hefty fee for the ol' s3

This thread is worthless "with" Pics! I cant stand the looks of any of them. Even the speed Tripple needs a tail piece of some sort and get those dual "round" head lights outa here. That bike has some potential, But heavy and slow. Only thing going for it is tourque so if you need to drive it up a tree it wont bogg down. :nonod:

It's a streetfighter Earl... it is suppose to have no tail and I'm sure you could swap out the front headlights for some type of stunter style headlight fairing...

It is a cool name and all " street fighter" I have seen it used and use it my self to describe these stripped down bikes. However "streetfighter" on a bike is as rediculas as a break dance battle. A no contact fight that puts someone in the hospital for the dumb move they made on themselves. It just seems funny to me. I just dont care for the Triumph much. Now dont make me turn my hat an serve you sukka!!! I'll do a head spin that will snap my neck and you'll know waz-up! Boyee!!!!!:lol: :bonk:

Hey I'm not a Triumph fan either but they make some interesting bikes and are away from main stream. If this were in a honda thread... the bikes are so common and main stream that the discussion just wouldn't be the same.

I have a good friend that has a 02 TT600 and it's sooo slow! My sv leaves it standing still. Same way with another friend that has a 04 tripple.
