Yamaha is rumored to be announcing a revised R1 and/or a streetable M1, the rumored M1-Street (yellow) will sadly dethrone the R1 (if the rumors are true) and looks so much like Rossi's bike that they should sell in like proverbial hot-cakes.
Sure looks nice in Yellow, and the similarities to the M1 are striking. And if yellow is not your color, rumor has it that the R1 will still be produced, with some minor modifications from the current '05 model (already outdated?). One would expect that the M1-Street would cost more than a crooked bankers annual wage while the R1 will still be priced within the reach of the rest of us. To quote Mikey, "if you are going to have the same bike as everyone on your block, this is the bike to have." We've always been a fan of Yamaha's R-series aggressive styling and the potential for an M-series, we find to be very exciting!
