For stunting, mods, etc...Which one would it be? go for an older sport/standard? new one and just say the hell with it, I want the best no matter what? For me, its a CBR 600F Hurricane ..Great bike, good power, easy to ride, insurance isnt that bad since its older..and you can mod it out to jump up the HP, etc. and when you drop it or ding it up..just slap some primer on it, or a cheap pain job and keep on goin.

Will insurance companies even cover a bike if it's used for stunting?

DO you tell them that you use it for stunting, that is the question Just like wiping out on a track, dragging the vehicle to the road, and THEN calling the insurance company NOTE - I am in no way advocating people do this This has been a John presentation.

Oh, and to answer the question, I'm not into mods or stunting, but if I could have any bike for my everyday use, ZX12R wins easily

basically just a bike that you can beat to death, practice stunting, mod out, and not worry about the appearance if u ding/smash it up too much

A Yamaha RD 400, Suzuki RG 500 Gamma, or Kawasaki Mach 1. I miss the smell and blue cloud of two-stroke oil.

I would probably buy an early R1, like a '98 or '99. There are tons of parts, they can make good track bikes with a suspension upgrade, and they are easy to stunt on.
