F2 headlight same mounting as F3?

Hello all, I'm new to this site, I've owned three bikes, an old 77 KZ, then a ninja 500, then a cbr f2 and I'm about to get involved with another f2. I'm hoping the answer to this question is yes. I know the shape of the f2 and f3 headlights are different, but are the mounting and hole locations the same? Also, let me know if anyone has a spare f2 or f3 headlight laying around that they'd like to sell. Thanks!!!

:welcome: to TWF If you get the fairing stay from a F3 it should fit. I used the race fairing stay from my F2 on my F3. A street stay form a F3 would be all you need. Its been a few years sense I did this and cant remember all the moods that need to be done but the F3 body isn't hard to fit on a F2 either.:luck:

You need the upper fairing stay to be able to use the F3 fairing and headlamp assy, it is different then the F2's.
